One of our main objectives is to provide the owners with a sense of safety. Even if you are absent for a period of time, just close your front door and there's no need to worry about your property.

All bungalows and apartments are constructed of top quality materials, with walls and roofs highly insulated against solar heat. The beautifully designed kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, and oven.

The name of the project was choosen by its two initiators from Venezuela and Curaçao. After two decades of competing and partying in and around the beautiful Bonairean waters during the famous yearly Bonaire Sailing Regatta, it was decided to do something more serious for their favorite sailing destination. The plans were shaped and re-shaped, the project initiated and re-initiated, and the name for this quality housing project was easily found: "Regatta Residence" was born.

All of the project’s 23,000 square meter land is privately owned by the development company. Full ownership of each individual bungalow, apartment, garage, or storage box will be passed on to its respective buyer. All remaining areas, such as both pools, community gardens, roads, and security office, will be owned, maintained and managed by the owners’ association.

This legal construction allows the Regatta Residence community to restrict entry into the property and give the owners a firm and decisive grip on security and privacy matters.

For the time being, the developers will employ a security officer at the entrance gate during night hours. In due time the owners’ association will manage this matter.

Also for the time being a service charge of Nafl. 300.00 per month is obligatory.

The first pool will be available for the residents in August 2007. This pool is a spacious 16 x 8 meters (8.75 x 17.5 yards). The pool area will include toilets and a large deck.

The second pool is situated at the other side of the terrain and will be considerably larger than the first one. Construction of this second pool is scheduled for early 2008.

At a later stage the owners’ association can, of course, add any additional feature or service as deemed necessary.
