Flamingo: 25 units of Two bedrooms/two bathrooms, total surface: 117m2

The layout of these spacious bungalows is very comfortable. The ample 31 m2 living area leads via a sliding glass door into the nice roofed porch overlooking the gardens.

The European-made modern kitchen comes with a refrigerator, gas stove, and oven. The pantry/laundry next to the kitchen is equipped with a washer and dryer.

All bedrooms have a built-in closet with mirrored sliding doors. Of course, both bedrooms are provided with split air-conditioning units. The completed bathrooms also include a shower with waterheater.

  • The developers are in process of setting up a rental pool and management company exclusively for Regatta Residence. The rentals will be for a minimum of one week and will be primarily sold by internationally recognized tour operators.
